Return conditions
- Our return policy is valid for 7 days after receipt of your order.
- If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused , in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service by email to initiate the procedure.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically. Your account or original method of payment will be credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after a few days:
- Please check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item:
- Send an email to contact@josmirbeautyandluxury.com with a photo of the item in question
- As well as the order number
Return costs
- Return costs are your responsibility and are not refundable .
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
Exceptions: Promotional items
Sale or promotional items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a defect.
