Litaliani's "Campagnotto" "mild 2" salami is prepared from selected fresh Italian meats, seasoned with salt, sweet peppers and wild fennel. After maturing for about 18 days, it reveals a mild and delicate taste. Compact when cut, this salami is perfect for an aperitif, an appetizer or a tasty snack with friends. It does not contain preservatives, antioxidants or derivatives of lactose, milk or gluten, making it suitable for people with allergies or intolerances.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : The product should be consumed as is or in gastronomic preparations. The casing is edible. Open the package two hours before consumption, to oxygenate the product at room temperature.

EXPIRY : 6 months
STORAGE CONDITIONS : Store in a cool, dry place, between 4°C and 22°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 5/6 days.
