Litaliani's "Campagnotto" salami "spicy 1" is made from fresh and carefully selected Italian meats, seasoned with salt, sweet and spicy peppers and wild fennel. After 18 days of maturation, it offers a full and intense flavour. Compact when cut, this salami is ideal for an aperitif, an appetiser or a tasty snack with friends. Free of preservatives, antioxidants, milk derivatives and gluten, it is also suitable for people with allergies or intolerances.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : The product should be consumed as is or in gastronomic preparations. The casing is edible. Open the package two hours before consumption, to oxygenate the product at room temperature.

EXPIRY : 6 months
STORAGE CONDITIONS : Store in a cool, dry place, between 4°C and 22°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 5/6 days.
