INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
- Fold the menstrual cup (C-shaped) vertically before each use. With clean hands, disinfect the cup and place it in the vaginal cavity. To make this step easier, we recommend moistening the cup with water or a water-based lubricating gel. Fold the cup into a C shape and insert it into the canal, using your thumb and index finger, so that it opens completely.
- Rotate the cup by relaxing the pelvic muscles, dilate the vaginal lips with your free hand, rotate it slightly and insert it into the canal. If applied correctly, the cup will remain in the same position, without risk of leakage and without any perception of a foreign body.
- Before removing it, wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap, press the menstrual cup at the base and remove it carefully.

The menstrual cup has a good storage capacity (5-15-28 ml). It can be worn for up to 12 consecutive hours and all night. -Depending on your menstrual flow, it is recommended to empty the contents of the cup into the toilet about 2-3 times a day, wash it gently or immerse it in boiling water and sterilize it with a disinfectant solution. Insert it again during the next menstrual cycle.
NOTE : If the menstrual cup is uncomfortable or not inserted correctly, rotate it slightly.
WARNINGS : It can damage the hymen, so its use is not recommended for women who have not had sexual intercourse. The menstrual cup is not a contraceptive. Its use is only related to hygienic practices. It is recommended to replace it after 10 years of use.
SIZES :
- (L) Large : indicated for women over 25 years old and after pregnancy.
- (S) Small : It is indicated in women over 25 years old and is recommended in women who have never been pregnant.
