Cumin essential oil is obtained from Cuminum cyminum, a plant of the Apiaceae family. Known for its many properties, it is an excellent digestive and calming agent, useful for circulation, for abdominal pain and headaches, stimulates gastro-hepatic activity, promotes digestion, calms nausea, anti-fermentative, neutralizes the formation of intestines; gas, reduces abdominal swelling; Antispasmodic, soothes abdominal pain or colic, has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, promotes recall; venous and lymphatic, neutralizing swelling and heaviness. Calming the central nervous system, it rebalances states of emotional alteration and controls the corresponding psychosomatic manifestations (headaches, stomach aches).

COSMETIC USE AND PRACTICAL ADVICE:

• For circulation : 20 drops of Cumin essential oil in 100 ml of wheat germ oil to massage on the areas to be treated such as the legs for example
