Marjoram essential oil

Marjoram essential oil ( Origanum majorana ) has balsamic, analgesic and relaxing properties:

• Balsamic and expectorant : relieves colds, coughs and respiratory congestion.
• Pain reliever : effective against abdominal cramps and rheumatic pain.
• Sedative and relaxing : promotes sleep and relieves stress by regulating the neurovegetative system.

Used in inhalation, diffusion or massage, it is ideal for restoring respiratory comfort and relaxing the body.

Cosmetic Use

USE AND PRACTICAL ADVICE :

• Ambient diffusion : add a few drops of marjoram essential oil to the water in radiator humidifiers to purify the air.
• Massage lotion : apply a small amount to the center of the forehead and massage to obtain a relaxing effect, increase concentration and counteract headaches. For rheumatism, massage the affected area by pouring 10 to 20 drops of essential oil into 100 ml of alcohol.
• Invigorating bath solution : Pour 10 drops of essential oil into bath water and massage into sore muscles

WARNINGS : Contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 5 years old.
