Nutmeg essential oil

Nutmeg essential oil ( Myristica fragrans ) has various benefits:

Cosmetic Use

USE AND PRACTICAL ADVICE :

• Hair lotion : mix 5 drops of essential oil with a spoon of green clay and a little water and add 2 drops of Rosemary essential oil. Apply to damp hair and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse.
• Massage lotion : in case of rheumatism, apply a mixture of 3 drops of essential oil and a tablespoon of sweet almond or coconut oil, massaging the affected area.
• Relaxing bath : pour 10 drops of nutmeg essential oil into the hot bath water

WARNINGS : Do not exceed the indicated doses. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 5 years old.
