SPEED SLEEP is a fig-flavored gel food supplement formulated to act on the three phases of sleep. Thanks to the patented SOMNIWELL™ blend, it combines melatonin, red poppy, California poppy and griffonia to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, limit nighttime awakenings and improve sleep quality. Passionflower and linden enhance this soothing effect. Its innovative gel format allows for rapid absorption (about 15 minutes), offering an effective solution to restore the natural sleep cycle.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : It is recommended to take one stick-pack per day, as needed just before going to sleep. The beneficial effect of Melatonin on reducing the time needed to fall asleep is obtained with 1 mg taken just before going to bed.
