DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Pour 30 g of product (equivalent to 2 SuppleFit scoops) into the SuppleFit shaker and add 150 ml of water or 150 ml of milk. The nutritional values indicated in the table refer to the product diluted in water or 1.5% milk (semi-skimmed milk). If other drinks are used, the nutritional values change.

STORAGE CONDITIONS : As the product is subject to sedimentation when mixed with water, it is recommended to shake the mixture well immediately before use. Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
